Registration to the Conference

The registration fee includes the delegate bag with all information about the conference, the conference proceedings on CD ROM, the exhibition, the welcome party as well as the Industrial Evening. It does not include the Tutorials and the Bavarian Evening.

We kindly ask all students to present their (valid) student card as well as their (valid) ID to the employees of the conference office.

All stated conference and tutorial fees are free of VAT according to §4 (22a) UStG (German value-added tax law). Prices marked with * include German VAT.

Payment conditions for conference fees

A letter of confirmation of your registration to the PSE 2010 will be sent to you by e-mail including the invoice.

The preferred methods of payment are by credit card (VisaCard / MasterCard) or by wire bank transfer (drawn on a German bank) within 14 days after receipt of the invoice. Late and on-site registrations can only be accepted after payment by credit card (VisaCard / MasterCard) or in cash at the beginning of the conference.

Cancellations and substitutions are accepted if a written notification is sent. In case of your registration cancellation, a cancellation fee of EUR 100 will be charged before June 10, 2010. After this date, a refund is impossible.
